• Serves as a consultant and provides professional psychiatric expertise.
• Conducts professional psychiatric examinations, and treatment plans for homeless and at-risk populations.

• Perform assessment/data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focus on

              physiologic, psychological, cognitive, and social status.

• Documents all elements of nursing assessment, treatments, discharge instructions and follow up care
• Provided patient/family education on topics including basic care needs, skin care and pain management
• Conducts and participates in daily bedside patient rounds, team leading, care conferences and discharge planning.

Worked directly with the chairperson uniting the nursing disciplines across service

lines and the organization by providing an opportunity to communicate clinical

practice issues directly to nursing leadership. We promote best practices and

evidence-based community research, sharing data and benchmarking tools to monitor

improvements in quality.

As the chairperson, I promote and communicate pertinent nursing issues, ideas, and

unit goals to the colleagues of HWCPC for sharing and collaboration. I collaborate with

unit leaders including managers, leads, and educators to ensure communication and

integration of ideas and suggestions that are in-line with the organizational goals and

priorities.
